All live wax worm products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, (Spee-Dee in MN, IA, WI, ND, SD, NE & IL) or US Postal Service. All LIVE shipments are sent on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Your item(s) will ship within 24 hours of purchase on the days listed. So, if you order Thursday - Sunday, they will ship Monday. If for some unforeseen reason we can't ship your order by Wednesday you will be notified by telephone. We also reserve the right to delay shipments during times of extreme (hot or cold) weather conditions. We have a 100% alive guarantee on all live wax worm products Purchased. As long as someone is there at the time of delivery. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY OF LIVE PRODUCTS.
